A registered repository's badge and project card

What a maintainer can show for a registered repository, drawn for the made-up project psn-sample/atlas by the same code that draws the real ones. Each says it is a sample, and none of it is valid anywhere.

They state the repository's registration and its licence, and never who contributed to it: that is a contributor's own certificate.
